I mounted an ISO file to a drive.. it opens up but then i press play on the game menu and it closes, comes up with something loading and then nothing happens, how do i fix this please? Will +rep to someone that succesfully helps me!

Faulty install or try running as an admin. If it is a pirate download did you need to extract a crack from the ISO to copy into the directory?
