'Sadness' was being developed by a company called 'Nibris' which was based in Krakow. 'Sadness was promoted as a unique and realistic survival horror game that would "surprise players," focusing on psychological horror rather than violence, containing "associations with narcolepsy, nyctophobia and paranoid schizophrenia.' I related the schizophrenia and paranoia to the dark picture, the man is still there as he is imagining all that is happening in the dark picture.
The game was cancelled in 2010, But perhaps 'Medium' have taken over development?
'Remaining Nibris staff and projects were also reported to have been handed over to Bloober Team' - wiki
Bloober team created the game 'A-Men', which a few people on this topic have said they can see references to in the pictures.
A few pages back people were also saying that the source on Medium was something to do with Bloober Team, I can't be bothered to go and quote these posts but they're there somewhere.
Someone over at the IGN forum has also made a comment about 'Sadness' a few hours ago [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . While this topic is not getting any serious replies, they guy who started it says 'I've been hearing that Sadness is back in development for WiiU?' A few pages back on this TTG topic someone uploaded an E-mail reply from 'Medium' where they said It might be something to do with the WiiU.
So anyway, there's my theory which is probably wrong. To sum up, I believe that the game in question is, or is what used to be called 'Sadness'
A quick update on this, I just received the bluntest E-mail ever from Medium, saying 'It isn't Sadness'. They said nothing of my other theories involving 'Bloober Team' and 'Nibris'. Freemasons just proved that the ip is being used by Bloober Team, so I don't really see how Medium can talk their way out of that one.

Alright, My persistance finally annoyed them to spill some info, here is the answers to all my questions
'No. Really it's not a Sadness. It's completely new game.'
'No. We will not make announcement at E3. But our website should tell u something more, soon.'
'It has nothing with Sadness.
Bloober Team? I can't confirm anything, yet.'
So yeah, that's about it. It has nothing to do with sadness, but Bloober Team must be involved and they will not be announcing at E3.
I'm actually kinda sad they gave up some info as I was really enjoying all of this
I can't wait for what ever it is anyway.

From what I could work out nobody 'owns' them, They didn't really make any significant games and were generally unheard of until today.
This has all been a fantastic way of advertising their game to be fair, gave me lots of enjoyment to
There is pretty much no clues left in the pictures than what has been pointed out, We'll just have to do what Medium said and watch their website for the next update.

You are correct, blue shadows was another site what was partnered with TTG a few years ago. Every one of those people got the rank 'blue shadows' on their profile.
Dark was the Owner of Blueshadowz and TTG merged. Dark was an admin here. Some of his friends on his site came over. The staff were offered a spot on our staff. Although, it was declined by all of them.
Any of the members that came over was given the "Blueshadowz" title.

I've looked at the pics and found some possibly new things!
On this picture, I found a ghost of the fat man!:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
What do you think of that?
Also, it looks like there may be walls of light or something [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
That man walking in front doesn't actually look human either, he kinda looks zombie like...

If you had taken the time to look through some posts, even just on this page you would see that they have said there is nothing for us to figure out until they release more info. Sure, there is tons of cool and weird stuff in these photo's but there is no point in trying to work out what it all means until they announce the game, which despite them saying no, I still believe is 'Sadness' as all Nibris projects were handed over to Bloober Team. 'Medium' is operating on Bloober Team's ip, and all the clues in these pictures strongly relate to the game which Nibris cancelled called Sadness.
