I think it would be cool to have pro killstreaks.
Examples:
Ac-130 reloads faster
Precision Airstrike has 4 airplanes instead of three
Harriers can flare
UAV's last longer
Attack Helicopter has missiles(so its actually useful)
Stealth Bomber has two bombers and two spots on map
Care Package/ EAD +1 package drops
How to Get Pros:
to get the pros you would have to get a certain amount of kills with the killstreak.(only for ones that can get kills)
UAVS/EMP/Counter-UAV- get a certain amount of kills with these killstreaks active
Care Packages: Get a certain amount of kills with the picked up killstreak.
-Hanky

some are good ideas but 4 airplanes for airstrike would be pretty insane.
