To host a menu you need Mw2 Liberation ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) and a mod menu when you download mw2 liberation you go into the files and place the mod in the mods folder not the shield loader, then press load game and it should open mw2 from steam (make shure you have steam open when doing this), have fun and hope this helped
