So you have to have 3 ingots of some ore such a iron or diamond and only have 3 of them on you and put this in a row like --- in the inventory and go to a work bench a you can build a block. You now can break it in the work bench so now you have 9 of them so!

Instead of giving you negative flaming feedback. How about you try and make your instructions a little more brief, its hard to understand and will be better if you make it easier to read and comprehend.

This is not new.
Put 3 iron/gold ingots or the diamonds in a row or column in your inventory like this: (* = ingot/diamond)

Or like this:

* |
* |
Then craft a diamond, iron or gold Block and craft ingots/diamonds out of it afterwards. Tadaa.
Works with everything. Also gear and stuff.
