I constantly see new users joining and posting, which I personally think is great.
I know new users sometimes advertise, which is annoying.
However, whenever a topic is asked by someone, and the new user answers,
I always see a thumbs down or a mean response.
My point is, we all used to be new users,...
just because they're new doesn't mean that they don't know what they are talking about..
If anyone who is reading this does this to new users, please just keep in mind what
I have written and that they are human beings with feelings just like all of us.

This is just as bad as disrespecting the not "gold" members. It makes me sad that my topics don't get the respect they deserve because my name isn't blue...

Yep, this too.
Or I always see the people with the most rep with the most thumbs up, even if someone with very little rep has a better point.

You are right to a certain extent. The problem I see with most new users that enrage the community is when a new user does something as post a topic to advertise their own videos or create whole new threads
They also need to read up more on the rules of the community and try not to aggrevate some of the more "wise" users.

It happens on every forum, even though everyone is new at some point.

being new is fine asking where to find a mw2 dll in the mw2 forums with the dll's stick right above you gets on my nerves after the 10,000 time.
