Just tell Generation or root beer your budget and they will get you some badass PCs.

No, that is really garbage. It's a extremely low-end video card that'll struggle to play Windows online checkers, never mind an online FPS like COD. Plus, they stick in a terrible AMD FX CPU with a PSU that's made by a company with no quality control and presumably has horrible voltage regulation, unstable, and does not offer near advertised wattage at peak times. Don't go pre-built, especially from that company that you listed. Build it yourself, save money, and get more reliable parts in the long run ( I can't stress this enough ).

the basic specs would run it seing as it is quad core processor but for cod games you really need a Nvidia Geofoce 600+ to run without lagg

You actually don't. A 6850 could run it flawlessly and that's a $120 card and is last generation nm chips.
