Hey guys i need a little help... (take a deep breath)
I performed the RGH on a Slim Trinity. I used an x360glitchip (it was all i could get my hands on), i have already used 1 to RGH a Jasper without ANY trouble. Anyway i RGH'd this Slim and it booted and i got CPU key and than made the freeboot and flashed it to the nand and voila it booted again even with a bad block at 249. I used JRunner for all steps. Now i've installed dashlaunch and FSD and again it worked and booted straight into FSD. Tested this a few times and also to get an idea of boot time. When satisfied i de-soldered the nand-x and put the console back together and tested again and now it will not boot!
I have pulled it apart and gone over the wiring and there are no issues with wiring or soldering. I have even reflashed the x360glitchip but to no avail. I have even flashed the original nand back and the console works from stock. I have even soldered on another glitchip and reprogrammed it and done the whole RGH from step 1. Even put on new wiring and i still get no booting into either xell or dashboard. Again this WORKED BEFORE i put it all back together, and it works with the stock nand.
I've erased the nand and tried flashing over the xell and freeboot simultaneously and still no result. But it does work with the original nand.
I've scanned the board to make sure nothing was knocked, but even if something had been knocked when i put it back together it wouldn't work full stop but it does work with the original stock nand. So bang goes that theory
I think i've covered all of the obvious things but if i am missing something then do please enlighten me.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide as i have spent hours on this thing and about ready to give up

Seems that i could have been wrong all along, it does work BUT it takes around 1 minute 40 seconds to actually boot! Not sure why it's gone from booting in less than 30 seconds to taking over 1 minute 40.....
Any ideas anybody?

I'm using the x360glitchip, there are no lights on it....
Unless you mean the console itself? The ring of light on the pad stays on solid for about 1 minute and then after around 1 minute 30 the console boots

Ya i meant the middle green light on the console, sorry, shouldve been more clear. And i thought you said it doesnt boot? Or do you mean tou have fixed it now to where it boots after a 1 minute 30 sec? But what mine did is it boots to xell but will not boot to dashboard because the light keeps blinking. Almost like its having some problem with the dvd drive.

I've got it to finally boot, but yes it takes an age, sometimes it won't even boot or at least it gets to the point where i get fed up of waiting and reset it.
I think i can conclude that this particular x360glitchip on slims lives up to its glitchy name. But i'm still puzzled by the fact that it worked brilliantly and now doesn't.
Also sometimes when programming the glitchip i can use the JRunner to programme it and it won't boot but sometimes it will. and when i use 360gcprog 1.4 it seems to be the most reliable timings for it - but still pants!
While i wrote this i left it on and it finally booted after 6 minutes! Wish i had some coolrunners

Maybe just try messing around with some of the wiring to try and get better boot time. I have never used
A x360glitchchip or whatever you said its called but if you arent using a double shielded wire maybe try using that.
I personally hate slims and never really do them anymore because of boot times. I have a 256mb jasper
Sitting at home that has the same problem right now... Wont boot to xell...

I had a go with the 50 ohm cable and now i'm back to where i started, no boot at all. Even reverted back to the original wiring and still the same result; no boot!
I officially hate these x360glitchips!

This is going to sound dumb but just do it it works all the time for me
Electrical tape the path of the wires and then tape them to the path
Then use the alt Hana point and it should glitch

thanks for the input boss but result is still the same
think i'm just gonna wait until i get some more coolrunners, CK3 back in stock now so hopefully have them next week, still would be good to figure this bugger out though!
P.S with your method does it only work if you have electrical tape down?
