Looking to spend around $1,500. I want a gaming PC that will play any game at least high. but will go higher if in price range. Any help is appreciated.

You can either Burn the ISO or if you have an USB (4.5GB+) you can use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and you will need to set to boot from USB drive on the BIOS.
Here's a tutorial on how to use WinToFlash:
Tip: When you finish the first steps using the USB method, Windows installation process will require to Reboot the system, when that happens, you MUST take out the USB drive and there will be no need to put it back again.
