I was looking through some of my montage clips and i wanted to make a OCE with one of them If you can edit really well Comment & ill Send the clip over skype thanks

Would it be possible if you could find a clip or even enhance the quality of this one? It seems a bit fuzzy.
Not the right standards for a editing clip.
