On topic, if it is ABSOLUTELY between these two, get the Cement 4's, just for the fact that it is now summertime and they will look fresh for summer. I personally like the BC3's more, but they are more for the winter, if possible, I'd recommend the Pure 3's, check these;

The pure 3s look nice, I also like the pure 4s.
