It happens to me when I exit out of a match. The only game I freeze up on is Minecraft :|

Yeah they say that is one of the biggest bugs. Tell your friend to just save the game regularly and just exit without saving, Saving and Quitting has a HUGE chance of freezing and or corrupting your save :/ Who would ever have known that a game this popular would have THIS much bugs. And they aren't even fixing them yet.
