-Artist wrote ok so I'm installing the auora led's and I tried on my opened xbox and the fan plug came off easy but my new xbox it is a real struggle to get off any help/tips will rep for helpful answers

grab a small flat headded screwdriver and slot it at the back of the fan plug, the side where the clip it and force it gently away from the clip (towards the power plug) and it should release hope this helps

EDIT: remember to unplug console from the power (don't want you getting a shock now do we ;) )
