Probably because there is no good games out anymore, the 'good' games are old and boring now..

I probably won't even buy anymore games.

Soso true the community is crap now compared to what it was.

I remember playing in custom games on halo 2 for hours with people I've never spoke to before, I'm hoping halo 4 can try bring that back but I doubt it

Everything will get boring i guess , playing a variety of things will change your mind maybe and i guess as you get older then you do not seem to play it as much as i realised and i tend to stick to my laptop more..
But that is of course myself not you

But if your on other games Like ghost recon with your friends or something

I just changed to a different Genre of gaming, ive gone from playing FPS/shooters all the time to playing all different Driving games, even bought myself a wheel & pedals.
Point is, is its really brought it all back to life for me, new challenges and skills to learn & master again, -great stuff.
Ive even been playing a lot of the old remade Williams Pinball tables lately, (on XBLA & Game disc), it takes me right back to being 14 again, when there was only a NES or Sega Master System 1 to have at home -if you were really lucky!!

I think if people just stick to the same sorts of games and genres then your allways gona get bored sooner or later, its not the console itself 99% of the time, -I blame CoD4 & MW2, they blew open Online gaming in such a massive and diverse way that will probally never be matched again.
Hopefully something new like that revolution in online gaming will take the world by storm again, with something totally different. -Question is, -what & when!!!
