This looks pre-built, build it yourself for better parts and price/performance.

For this budget that PC is 3.5/10

How in the hell is this $1300? Do you know what you can get for $1300? EASILY pull out a 2500k / AMD 7870 or even a GTX 670 build with a PSU that won't fail.

I have to agree with Overclocker, a good 3/10 due to such a high budget but with $700 build parts.

WINDOWS 7 Ultimate 64 Bit Download (It has all versions included, make sure when installing to scroll down and choose the 64 Bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate)

You can either Burn the ISO or if you have an USB (4.5GB+) you can use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and you will need to set to boot from USB drive on the BIOS.

Here's a tutorial on how to use WinToFlash:




Tip: When you finish the first steps using the USB method, Windows installation process will require to Reboot the system, when that happens, you MUST take out the USB drive and there will be no need to put it back again.

Still really bad, build it yourself or get ready to throw away some serious money with that.

Not building anything on cyberpower, I'm not recommending junk.

its not that hard to build your own pc there are tons of tutorials on you tube... i would recommend buying an anti static wrist band and reading the manuals haha
