I have done it a few times

This was a very popular GD discussion topic back mid way through 2011.

I have done it subconciously. I can do WILD or WBTB i can only do DILD. I can tell when im in a dream pretty much all the time but i dont have the ability to change it or maybee i just dont want to change it.

Tried this and i failed so many times

Every time i try and do this i fail

i tried this last night it worked i started seeing a vivid image of minecraft(just played it before this) it was cave it was a still image then all of a sudden i could move and control the charecter as if it were me and my eyes were open during this ..i was sleeping with open eyes how could i tell well there is an alarm clock in my room that puts off a green light and when i was dreaming i could see it in the bottom of my right eye so it scared me i woke up and i didn't even have to open my eyes cuz' they were already open!

I really want to try this but i'm afraid i'l lose control and it will turn into a nightmare i hav e had some very distrubing nightmares that i can't remember but i do remember waking up in terror and shock.
I know this is stupid but ; is it possible to lose control over them?

I know alot about lucid dreaming.
I have had several dreams that were lucid.

I Have Dreams i can control and are very realistic but i do not know i am dreaming so i dont become lucid i wish i could but whenever i am in a dream that is like real life and can control i never think to do the simple steps to make yourself know it is a dream.any help on this?
