There was a kid in Newark NJ, that stabbed and cut himself, and when cops opened the door, he was throwing his intestines at the arresting officers

stuff like this happens more then you would think. the guy in Miami who ate the hobos face caught the public eye so the news went crazy looking for other similar stories. this will die down soon.
