Well my RGH has a blue Ring of light mod... actually im not even sure if this has anything to do with it, but two of the lights stay on constantly.. any suggestions on how to fix this?

I've not done many slim ROL mods but i'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with the actual LEDs, if soldered incorrectly they just wouldn't work, i could be wrong though....
