It is a custom elite clan tag cause he clan is so high it is rare to see em'

That guy modded his clantag, you gotta have HxD and put your profile in and find your clantag, put like {@@} and then save it, put your gamertag back on your xbox then you should have that clantag. If you want to keep your rank though, I wouldn't do it.
