why do i need super restores? whats the purpose of them and when do i use them?

They restore your prayer, you will be using prayer most of time so think about it...

Personally if you don't know what Super restores do and Saradomin Brews do then you shouldn't attempt the fight caves.. Also they are used in combination with Sara brews to restore your stats. Here is how it usually goes.
1) You drank a Sara pot. All your Melee stats and magic are lowered but your defense is higher.
2) You drink restore to have all stats go back to normal.
3) You can thus pot your Range and or Attack and strength up.
