Its basically a burn in your screen. You must have left it on overnight while charging, or u had something pressed up against it.

Look's like your LCD is starting to go out. The only solution would be to take your device to an Apple store to have it replaced. If you are out of warranty, you could also replace it yourself or send it off to a third party company such as Digi Express. They have a good service.

The only fix is to get an entirely new screen
