How do i put it on my usb external hard drive for my jtag? I tried and it said Not enought room even though it is 480+GB free...

1) You need to unlock the DLC to work on your 360 (most comes pre-unlocked, if you're unsure run it through one of the many unlockers available).
2) Some DLC requires the latest title updates to function. You can download updates from XBOX 360 Update Center. Simply copy them to your internal HDD @ hdd1:cache. No other messing about is required...
