NO! Not Bath Salts bath salts. The drug nick named Bath Salts. It wasn't that, scientists are testing an extremely deadly virus on selected people.

I heard this is also caused by a new Parasite found in Rats. It goes to the brain of the "Organism" and causes the "Organism" to go "Insane" and become a Cannibal.
