I worked on all of this awhile ago. I honestly dont think it will ever work but i figured id give it to the community to help anyone that wanted it. I dont know if the links work anymore. I hope this helps somebody. I just spent so much time on it i didnt want to see it wasted completely.

I have almost figured this out. I just need a little help from someone. Here is where I am:
1- Install WaW to your xbox hardrive or usb
2- Open party buffalo drive explorer
3- Open your hardrive or usb
4- Open these files: Data>Content>0000000000000000>4156081C>00004000>Extract 36B8BC5BEE2837ABA5B2D1A117723718 folder and 36B8BC5BEE2837ABA5B2D1A117723718.file
5- Open 36B8BC5BEE2837ABA5B2D1A117723718.file in God2Iso and hit Go!
6- Open in MagicISO
7- When opened in MagicISO click XBOX DVD
8- Edit the files
9- Here is where im stuck
