Paste it in Paint or something
Use Snippet tool
There you go!

Just use DimeGrab
If you use method 1 make sure you have like an Imageshack or Photobucket to upload the pics too.

I currently use something called 'Hyperdesktop'. It's by far the best screen cap feature yet.

I suggest using dimegrab because it will save you alot of time and it is very easy to use
