After many agonizing days i have completed my first ever build for a gaming computer here are the specs below

Cheaper, more reputable, more efficient. 850w is overkill for dual 670's eventually even though I doubt it can even reach that. You didn't cheap out on the MOBO at all, but you have to ask yourself if you will end up actually using half of those features that come at a premium price like physical on board power/reset and debug LED buttons, clear CMOS, OP power phase, etc. I'm not saying it's a bad board, but there are better, cheaper choices out there IF you won't fully utilize those features and not buying it just for the looks. All this build is missing an SSD - everything else is pretty much top notch once you switch the PSU. A nice 128gb Crucial / Plextor M3 would fit perfectly and aren't that much more expensive over the 64gb capacity ones. The HAF-X is a fantastic choice and don't let a certain someone tell you otherwise - and this is coming from someone who puts $50 HAF 912's in $1,200 builds because performance > aesthetics, but obviously you have a pretty huge budget cap to allow the best of both worlds.

Go for it.

Im not gonna crossfire my 670, I'm getting one.
Will this build be able to run most games at max
settings

An SSD makes your boot, sleep, and resume times much lower and makes anything you put on it load EXTREMELY quickly. They provide a very noticeable difference in day-to-day use.

But wont the SSD only load the games that I store on it and not the stuff i put on the HD, and can i choose where i store things?

Yes, I know you're only getting 1 now, but in the future you might want to SLI. Yes, a 670 will run most games at max at 1080p. But basically what r00t said, hell, you could even run it off of a 550w unit as long as it's quality. An SSD is a must with this high of a budget.

I wouldn't recommend a 64gb SSD for your budget. 128GB SSD's are double the capacity but not double the price. As I said before, Crucial / Plextor M3 / Samsung 830 are all good.
