It's sad but it's mostly there on fault them they get a dog to make you fell sad and you give money/donation so...

There own fault? Perhaps you cannot see the difference between a blatant druggie and a man that actually requires some help. The dog by the way, is most probably a stray that he found and helped, you are one hell of a blunt bastard.
