So dtunes finally works and stops crashing but now when i try to download music an ad pops up and i cant get passed it no mattter what i try any help please?

Don't use Dtunes. Use a different app called "Mewseek"
it is so much better in every way.

Lookup the free music store app and go to mp3raid.com it's legal to I just listen to it and not download it but it's your call
