Im looking for someone who beat Halo 3 campaign and is willing to help me get all the skulls. Msge Fogle x. thank you.

If you have a flashdrive (USB) you could mod your gamesaves so you could easily complete the campaign by yourself, on Legendary.
You will need a tool called Liberty -

You could mod every one of the Halo Titles, except for Halo Wars.
~ Halo 3
~ Halo 3: ODST
~ Halo: Reach
~ Halo Anniversary
~ Halo 4 (Planned)
As for the skulls, you could view all the Halo 3 Skulls here - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
You could read the text, or find a video on it and look for that specific skull location.
