Sometimes I feel like people have forgot how to give rep and thank a topic.

I myself help MANY people every day and I rarely get rep in return. No I am not "All about rep" but at least it shows some appreciation.

And I see a LOT of helpful topics that people will post that helped them and they never actually thank the topic.

It seems as if people think of rep and some godly resource that they don't want to give out.

I myself give out rep all the time to people that deserve it.

I agree with this 100%

I mean you can rep 10 people a day, dont be so up tight xD

I also am never afraid to give out thanks when they are deserved.

I understand what you mean. Every time I help someone they should rep, but guess what, they don't. The main reason they should rep me is when I spend my time making them Graphics. I don't have to do it for them, but I do. If I take the time to make you something, why can't you take the 2 seconds to rep me for my hard work!
