What is the build for and what is the exact budget? Right now it looks like a basic web browsing / light gaming machine. Drop the after market heatsink.

I'm looking for a gaming computer but my budget is 600 USD. I'm trying for cheap but good. This is my first build so I'm not exactly sure what I am doing.

And mabey getting 1866Mhz ram - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Ive heard that the Apus work better with higher frequency memory
