I just found an awesome seed. It's called Fantasy Violence and it has alot of sick mountains. It also has deserts so you can find cactus.

If you type in this seed: (worstseedever) you will spawn next to 3 iron bars, some string, and more (also a monster spawner). All you have to do is go into the hole in the ground and hit the two sand blocks that are on the ground.

- LOADS of trees, Snow biome, Jungle biome, more trees, some really nice mountains, a few patches of very flat land! Best I've seen!

gargael is awesome with the water fall thing but worstseedever is the best seed to start off with you spawn bye a onster spawn but play on peaceful and get all the diamond then do what you want

A good seed i found is "Notch" the seed is more of a very large land mass, instead of lots of various islands. You spawn on a large generally flat land area great for building a city/town. It also has some mountains and you spawn by sugar cane.
