How much hours of sleep do you need to go to be awake and be able to play sports or go to the gym and not feel sick and loomy?

They say for you to try and get 8+ hours of sleep per night to recover fully.

The amount of sleep differs per person, if your energetic you need less. If youre tired most of the time then you need more. I would recomend like 4 hours atleast.

It is different for every person, some people need more sleep to function well, others only need a tiny bit of sleep. I personally get about 5 hours sleep everyday, but that's me.
