Even know i'm not apart of the shop I will help you. It's not the menu Keys. Just go in to options on you game controls look for "Unbound" in the action menu or movement menu change the "Unbound" to some key don't matter witch one as long as it is not in use. Then once you have done that go back to the game and test the keys you wrote down.
