Ok,im going to need some feedback on this...
i keep seeing these join vultra post on ttg and i decided to contact them
i saw the people they partnered didnt have a ton of subs or views and not that good content
now at that time i had my obeyempyre channel with 70subs adn like 6 gfx vids all over 100 views per vid so i contacted them and they told me i needed non copywritten music and more content none of my vids had copywritten music and i uploaded more videos i came back to them and they said i need a bigger fanbase around that time i made a new channel because im going pro in gfx i got 80+subs in one day and my 1st video had 100+ views (none of those subs were from my old channel)someone from vultra contacted me and asked why am i not pertnered and i said idk but i wanted to join vultra and he worked with vultra so he got me in a recruitment chat i was in there for 30mins before they interviewd me and they said they will get back with me 3hours later i ask so am i in they said imgood but now all i need is better work...ok so i make better work and kinda change up my flow and i got 100+ subs on my channel i was growing fast and getting a bunch of views and comments and then when i did all the guy said he told be i need 500+views daily and i told him none of hist partners had 500+ views and he couldent anwser why i told him thatthats not right and there network was telling to to do things and i did it and now they give me this stupid thing i said there sending mixed messages of how my channel was and he wa beating around the bush and this was that chat in the skype chat

[6/5/2012 4:44:51 PM] .DPT: it doesnt matter anymore sir you had someone that was apart of staff and wondered why i wasnt partnered and said i would go great with the network invited me into that ''recruit room'' and had me wait there for almost 7hours

you had another staff member that told me to do something diffrent and use non copywritten music keep in mind both of my channels are good standing side of youtube and never at one i uploaded i copywritten song

and you told me you need to see more work from me

another vultra staff person said they love my content and i should be good to go i told them what another staff member said and they said was listen to them and go with non copywritten music

and i whitnessed you and about 3 other staff memebers pick people who did not meet requiements and did not have skill one of the people you picked had 4gfx videos and not even a good amount of views on it and i think you or another staff member got her signed because she was a girl

now if a staff member thought i was very skilled and wanted me to be partnered and another staff member said they loved my work and all i have to do is upload non copywritten music and my stats and skill were higher than the people you picked that day i waited 7 hours and you told me you wanted to see more work and i have potential then why all of a sudden i get denied and i just dont meet the req? youguys told me what i had to do i did it and now there are new rules? or did you forget to tell me if so then you arent doing your job right how do you forget to tell someone who is interested in being apart of your buisness they have to do one thing and then when they do it you tell them a whole nother thing that seems very unproffessional to me and the fact your staff is sending messages telling me that i would be perfect with the network and i should be partnered and all send mixed messages is a sign of miscommunication to me therefore vultra is a very unorganised network in my eyes i was reffered by a popular youtuber and now i have to tell them that they were not organized and they have things all messed up
