I just had a jtag shipped to me by pagan and kodeman and it had the e68 error no more than 2 minutes after booting. Now it won't let me get past the xbox start screen. I've tried swapping psu's, (I'm currently using a 650w atx psu) and I've also tried swapping hard drives. Neither of these solve the problem. The only way to stay booted is to play without a harddrive mounted. I've contacted both of them and the only response I got was "it was improperly flashed. "I've also inspected the HDD dock on the xbox board and it is all intact. The last thing I've tried is reloading the updflash.bin that I received on a CD-R with the jtag. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

If someone guides me to a perminent fix I will pay $20 Paypal only!

I read and try this.
1) Boot console without HDD
2) Let it get to Menu
3) Put HDD in
That help?

Anytime you insert an hdd into an xbox while it's booted, it restarts. Thanks though.
