What exactly is a cool runer and what does it do for you?

A Xecuter CoolRunner is the chip primarily used in the RGH (Reset glitch hack).

I bought an rgh so when i get it should have a cool runer? And with the rgh to load up cod lobbys do I still go to xex menu and everything?

It will have a coolrunner or a similar glitch chip.

You can still use xexmenu and cod lobbies and stuff, obviously not online though.

To identify it is an rgh when you turn it on if you flip it on its side and look through the vents shouldnt you see a red glowing from the chip being on?
