there probably is a cure, however pharmacys, hospitals etc would lose BILLIONS if this 'cure' was made public, thats why they would probably never release it.

There could be a cure. There a tons of conspiracies that are out there about world governments.
If all diseases and health issues were cured, the worlds population would grow so much that there would be hardly and room for living due to the expanded life expectancy. I forget the term, but the Earth actually does this itself for wild animals to keep populations under control.
If cigarettes and alcohol were made illegal, a lot of problems wouldn't exist and would increase the population.
Literally, this could just be a population control method and a cure might be out there.
Who knows though, THC helps fight cancer cells and leukemia but the United States government is still strongly against marijuana use.
