Is it still possible to mod on-line to get gold guns, levels 50 all mounts etc?

yep sure is, i modded my account just like 20mins ago....the only hard part was finding a decent game save (i didnt know about TTG)

Welcome to TTG, good luck moddin.

And yes you can still mod RDR. The day you can't will be the day my thread goes down. "RDR Completely Modding Kit" and in my eyes, the only thing happening to it is it's gonna become a sticky cause the current sticky for it is crap.
