commonly linked to cold solder joint under GPU/CPU/Southbridge,

ive fixed some by simply reflowing southbridge, sometimes even fixe this by applying some pressure to the chip will remove the error.

reflow to around 215-225c.

it sounds like you are going to need a reflow or reball

no there are all types of errors that can be fixed with reflow

how do i reflow if i dont have any equipment to do it

you send it to someone who has the proper equiptment, do not turn to youtube for terrible "fixes" send it to a trusted seller, they will repair it
