NOTE: THIS IS FOR PS3, DONE ON THE LATEST PATCH, 1.08 (which XBOX will be getting soon, and should work there too). This video was uploaded 1 hour ago.
Text tutorial:
1. Get a care package.
2. Cook it.
3. Climb a ledge.
4. At the top of the ledge, click L2 and hold a stun/flash/smoke grenade.
5. Before you throw it, hit right on the dpad.
6. Let go of L2, you'll throw your stun grenade.
7. Then throw your care package, you should be cooking it without hitting another button after you throw your stun grenade.
8. Pick up the care package, call it in and you'll have another one in your slot loadout.
For best results, use OMA and switch to another OMA class, you should have another care package. Otherwise use scavenger and use the killstreak, then you should have another care package like normal.
I don't have a PS3, but if a PS3 owner could confirm that would be awesome.

the patch isn't out on xbox, otherwise i/we could try it. Who knows when microsoft will let the patch through. oye

its no more confusing than the first way..: stand over a weapon, knife, press x, right arrow, etc etc etc
