Can you get permanently banned for first time offence?
Yes I modded my gamertag, avatar, gamerscore .. blah blah blah ..but I thought you normally get a suspension first before getting permanently banned. I phoned up Microsoft they refused to answer anything and said they couldn't help.
Any information you guys can give me?
