And just looking for ones that i can pick up at a local store. was trying to pick either from skullcandy, JVC, or Sony because thats the most common i see in stores without ordering them.
I copied a post from a few minutes ago, he wanted the same thing. Not sure about store availability for these, though.

I don't want a different suggestion unless its around the same price give or take 10 and a gaming head set but is the Logitech G35 good?

No, they're pretty awful. Get the Audio Technica AD700 and a Zalman ZM-1 clip mic instead.

Sennheiser HD25, V-moda M80. Since you're using an iPod, you can also buy an amp like the FiiO E11 with a LOD cable.
