I have decided to make this thread I think this will be a pretty cool thread.

There are some changes to the menu structure regarding account security. Some items have been consolidated.
The following features are now located in the Account Security menu, under Account Management, which is accessible from the Settings hub:
-Change Password
-Remove Messenger Password
-Change Windows Live ID Password at Sign-In
-Pass Code
Until now, several account security features; such as Change Password, Change Windows Live ID, and Pass Code; were located in different locations throughout the Dashboard. As a part of the Spring 2012 System Update, account security features were consolidated in a single menu location, Account Security, to reduce customer confusion when locating and managing the security of their Xbox LIVE account.
Downloaded game content often presents a challenge to customers when attempting to locate a specific game within a large library of titles. As a part of the Spring 2012 System Update, a new sub-menu; as well as sorting categories have been added within the My Games library to improve efficiency when searching for game content.
The following sub-menu selections are now available in the My Games Library
Show All Games: Displays all available games and includes updated sorting categories.
Sort Titles: Displays titles either alphabetically or by recently downloaded or accessed content.
The Manage Exercise Info feature has been added to allow upcoming games to deliver features, such as leaderboards and exercise challenges that include gamer-specific metrics like calories burned and physical intensity. As a part of the Spring 2012 System Update, customers can benefit from the Manage Exercise Info feature by entering and storing personal attributes as a part of their profile. Entered data and selected settings impact offline accounts and Free and/or Gold online accounts.
Customers are asked to enter four key attributes when setting up or managing exercise info:
Height, Weight, Age, and Gender (HAWG).
Many popular Kinect titles currently gather HAWG from customers to calculate fitness metrics, such as calories burned during an exercise routine. The Manage Exercise Info feature is designed to reduce the effort required when trying a new fitness game or app by asking the customer to enter their attributes only once.
For the first time, Xbox is partnering with global media rating companies, such as Nielsen in the United States, to track what kind of content is consumed by Xbox users. Nielsen measures the shopping and media consumption of an estimated 10 million consumers worldwide by monitoring contracted households known as "Nielsen Familes." Then, using various measurement methods and averaging statistics applied across subsets of a region's populace; Nielsen assists media companies to better understand viewers, listeners, and the industry as a whole. Information provided by Nielsen provides insights into audience measurement, advertising effectiveness, and overall marketing performance; as well as cross-platform strategies.
The ratings collection feature is off by default. Customers participating in the rating system need to turn this feature on to allow content to be tracked with no additional user effort. Customers can turn this feature on and off as needed by completing a few simple steps in the Console Settings area fo the Xbox Dashboard.

"Reports are flooding in that Microsoft has begun rolling out SystemUpdate version 2.0.15572.0 (Summer 2012 Production Flash). There are no immediate official details from MS regarding it yet, but an announcement from Major Nelson is likely forthcoming. The update is being deployed in waves, so if you haven't received it yet, give it some time and you'll eventually be prompted for it. So far, users who have updated are reporting no adverse effects (on the surface) as far as firmware-flashed 360s are concerned. The team will take a closer look and analyze whether there are any important underlying changes that affect firmware or RGH. Our usual warnings apply."
