my processor speed is about 2.2ghz and its lagging really bad, any help?

Well what processor do you have? A single core 2.2GHz process ain't gonna do much, but if you have a different processor with more cores, that might be a little different.

Just because it is lagging doesn't not mean the clip itself is lagging, render it out and see if lags afterwards. I doubt it will, if you don't have anything to render it out in try playing it in "VLC Media Player" Link : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

when your recording it will lag and when you try to watch it up it will lag (happens to me)

so just turn "recording preview" off

then when you put it in SV and AE it will be right and still render out and look sexy
