well the rectangle and glowing lines dont blend at all with the stock you decided to use, honestly this isnt the best, is the background a stock or did you make the texture and add the dragon and all that? if so the bg isnt to bad but the light blue stuff does not blend with the colors or the flow, but keep it up practice practice

I like the background texture but like frankenstein said the colors dont blend.
