I am looking for a good capture card that is cheap. I don't need HD and I don't want to spend more than $35 or so. Please leave your suggestions.

The cheapest you are going to get is Dazzle.

if your gonna take the time to record ur gameplay and edit,(which takes a good amount of time and dedication) Its worth it to get a HD PVR, if ur looking to just mess around and record gameplay for proof for GB or a trickshot here and there, then i would suggest a dazzle, now keep in mind there are a few capture cards with prices between a dazzle and pvr.
