My Xbox connection is being really slow for some reason and giving me errors everytime i try to update. The Xbox website has the update before that one so I cant manually install it . I need the 2.0.15572.0 one.

I think that the update will be up for download within the next couple of days

The update is being pushed in waves, If you have a error, just delete your system cache, then try that.
