You mean towards your clan? No it doesn't unfortunately. People have suggested however that it should, even if it wasn't that much.

I don't think there is much more you could do. It may just be that the clan ops won't show up. Go on the forums on the Elite website or contact them and tell them about your problem. A few people have had this problem and they just waited for it to get fixed. You could also try checking the website using different browsers but I'm not sure that would change much. That's all I can tell you at the minute. I'll go look into it and give you an update if there is anything more I can do for you.
