Is it decent enough to continue to a full song?

Sounds like someone downloaded the Kev Willow Sample Pack Demo and tried to make a song out of presets.
You can't make songs just using preset loops you have to add some originality to it, for example your own melodies, the only thing I think you actually made in there was the beat. Samples are not the way to start off man. I personally would say trash it and start over and this time make it original.
Since I am almost positive that you are using Fl Studio, stop by my channel there may be some tutorials that you find useful there: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Keep trying, no one starts out good. It just takes practice.

Deffinately recomend not using loops/samples for a song, only use samples for sfx and drums. And it need rthym, start of with an intro(Melodic or drums) for 16 bars or shorter. Then do a breakdown build up(SFX for down sweeps take out some melodic sounds, and use a kick drum or snare to build up) Then a drop keep it kinda the same rthym pattern for the bass so it doesnt sound way off and keep it in key
